Welcome To Magi's Wood Farm!
Our farm breeds and sells Icelandic Sheep…the sheep of the Vikings…brought to Iceland from Northern Europe about a thousand years ago in open ships and the rough seas of the North Atlantic.Once in Iceland, the settlers selected sheep for the qualities that a fledgling settlement required in a harsh climate -----hardiness, good mothering, quality fleece, and meat.
Magi’s Wood Farm takes that heritage seriously. We offer the best quality sheep we can raise on good grass pasture. Our fleeces are processed professionally for spinners and felters. Just lately, we offered lopi and 2-ply yarn.
